SHORT STAY SUMMIT
3GL served as the inaugural partner for the award-winning Short Term Rental Business Owners event owned by the UK STAA. This annual event takes place in London and attracts a global audience. 3GL oversees all aspects of event management, sales, marketing, and speaker management for the conference and exhibition, which includes participation from industry leaders such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
INTERCHANGE UK
3GL have managed the event logistics for this large exhibition and conference for 3 years. With over 3,000 attendees in Manchester over 2 days, it requires meticulous coordination with suppliers and effective communication with sponsors and exhibitors, while ensuring venue arrangements and catering services providing a seamless experience for all participants.
INFORMA EVENTS
3GL was contracted to run the extensive event logistics for Informa’s leading exhibition and conference, Sea Trade Cruise Med, which took place in the picturesque city of Malaga. With a key responsibility to effectively manage and coordinate over 180 exhibitors, the meticulously planned two-day event successfully attracted more than 5,000 attendees, showcasing it’s significance to the cruise industry.
HIGHWAYS HEROES
Event management of the awards ceremony for over 700 people at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Park Lane, London. Celebrating the working day heroes within the Highways industry. From road workers to office workers, this awards ceremony doesn’t leave a dry eye in the room.
CHAMBERS AND PARTNERS
Renowned for identifying and ranking law firms and lawyers globally. Operational management of the Chambers Middle East Awards 2024 held in Dubai. Welcoming over 350 lawyers from across the Middle East region to celebrate over 30 prestigious awards.
WESTRADE GROUP
3GL was contracted by Westrade for the Trenchless Exhibition and Conference in Dubai. They secured partnerships with key government divisions and attracted influential keynote speakers. 3GL also utilized its marketing capabilities to broaden the audience through its extensive network. Westrade appreciated 3GL’s success in involving key government entities, including the Dubai Municipality and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, which had not participated in prior years.
